I am Tony Fata, the founder of Hilo Home Inspection LLC. Born and raised amid the civil war in Lebanon, I have firsthand experience with the crucial impact of stable, safe housing. I graduated with a degree in civil law and have dedicated over 25 years to the real estate industry, spanning managing real estate projects, real estate management, inspection, land evaluation, and preparing feasibility studies for new ventures.
My career also extends to humanitarian efforts, where I have worked on disaster response projects with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, focusing on rebuilding destroyed villages and cities post-war and restoring safety and security through resilient infrastructure.
A staunch believer in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, I advocate for everyone's right to have a roof over their head—a home that is not just a shelter, but a safe haven against natural disasters.
I am notably the first Lebanese, according to the US Embassy in Lebanon, to immigrate directly to the state of Hawaii from Lebanon. Interestingly, the Big Island of Hawaii is very close in size to Lebanon. This unique parallel has fueled my commitment to building bridges of knowledge between Lebanon and Hawaii, believing that shared insights on constructing durable buildings can greatly benefit both regions in mitigating the impacts of natural disasters.
With Hilo Home Inspection LLC, my aim is to assist home buyers, existing homeowners, and commercial building owners in safeguarding their real estate investments. Through detailed inspections, I identify potential issues early on, preventing minor problems from escalating into significant concerns, and provide actionable insights and solutions for maintenance and safety improvements.
